Long term fuel trim for bank 2 is pegged at 0.77%, while Bank 1 is at 1.33%. Because of this, my Short term fuel trim is at 0% for bank 2, while bank 1 fluctuates from 0-5% at idle.

The one thing that struck me as odd, on my MAC ET97 OBD2 Scanner, i was monitoring my O2 voltages, and i noticed under Fuel system status Bank 1 it shows Closed loop, H02S, but for bank 2, it shows Open Loop, Closed loop not ready. They were all set before, with the exception of the EVAP monitor, but now they are not setting, ive tried almost every OBD2 driving procedure, ive done 55MPH for 20+ minutes straight, 40MPH for like 10-15 minutes, cold starts and let it idle.
